Kargil Day, 2010

We are honouring the Kargil Jawans who sacrificed their lives to protect our nation on “Kargil Day” the 26th July 2010.

All Students were participating and placing the candles. Blood donation camp is arranged by Youth Red Cross Society of our college. This “Salute to Kargil Heros” programme is arranged by National Cadet Corps of our college.

Garland is placed and Saluted by Commodore Sartaj Imam., Deputy Director General, Tamilnadu, Pondichery&Andaman and Nichobar, and presided by Hon’ble Dr.Jeppiaar,M.A.,B.L.,Ph.D., Chairman Jeppiaar Engineering College, Group Captain P.S.Sanal Kumar, Group Commander, Madras Group-B, and Commander V.K.Dhooria, Commanding Officer, 4[TN] Naval Tech Unit NCC, Mr.Marie Wilson, B.Tech.,M.B.A., and Mrs.Regeena Wilson, B.Tech.,M.B.A., Directors of our college.

As part of this programe our students are participating in “Anti-Terrorism Signature Movement” creating awareness and taking oath to fight against terrorism.
